Building Reservation Form

Submit an event or request for space in the building: This form can be used to request space in our building for USNF, community or private events. It also can be used to submit information about USNF events happening off-site, to be included in our calendar.

Before submitting your request, be sure that you have checked availability of USNF space by viewing the USNF Building Calendar.

The Building Calendar includes the most up-to-date information about current availability. The Calendar of Events (also called the Events Calendar) IS NOT to be used for reservation purposes. Please note: Items with a red asterisk * are required questions.

As you would like it to appear on the calendar and website, if it is not a private event.
USNF group/committee, individual, or other organization.
If a non-USNF event is sponsored by a USNF committee or member, please provide the name of the USNF committee or member.
Please enter your name or the name of the person we should contact about this reservation.
Have you checked space availability on the USNF Building Calendar?
Please indicate the time you need to arrive to set up and prepare for your event.
Please indicate the time other people should arrive for the event.
Please indicate the time the event will conclude and other people will depart.
Please indicate the time you would depart after the event and any clean-up/breakdown you need to do.
If possible, do you want your event listed on our PUBLIC calendar? Only public and USNF events will be listed.
