Stewardship Campaign Update

Submitted by Craig Dreeszen

Thank you! We have heard from 142 generous families and individuals, members and friends, who pledged $328,000 to support our mission, programs and operations. We still expect to hear from another 13 member households. We are well on track to reach our Trustees’ budget target in what will be our best ever outpouring of financial support. What we do here clearly matters. We are a caring community that has pulled together in this crazy year to support each other, better our world, and sustain this congregation. On behalf of a grateful community, your stewardship committee, and our volunteer solicitors, thank you. If we missed you, you may still offer a pledge for FY2122 which begins Sept 1, 2021 – contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Small Group Circles

Submitted by Katie Olmstead

During our March gatherings, Small Group Circles are exploring the topic we are calling, "Upward: Learning and Unlearning What our Families Gave Us." Here is a sample quote from Frederick Buechner: "You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time, you carry them in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.”

And we ask: How much do your family roots affect the way you conduct your everyday life? What new roots have you grown?

Our Small Groups are well-established now and nurturing us. Perhaps you'll want to sign up for a group next September?
