USNF building use fees vary depending on the space and type of event, as well as the event's duration. All non-member renters who have access to the building need to pay a $250 refundable deposit, of which $25 is a key deposit (per key).
Member rentals: Members of USNF receive a discount when renting space for non-USNF events. To receive the member discount, the member must be present throughout the event and walk through the entire building to secure it before leaving. When a member is not present, the renter will pay for staff or professional security to be present. This charge will be estimated before the event and included in the rental fee. (When booking space for USNF events, no charges apply.)

The rental fee above covers up to 4 hours of room usage. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate, ranging from $50 to $100 per hour, depending on the event.
** Members will be asked to pay a $75 honorarium to the custodian for memorial services or weddings, in lieu of a fee charged by USNF.
