Supporting each other to become our best selves

listen   -   speak   -   be heard   -   connect

How Small Group Circles will work in 2020/21:

Five to nine people and a facilitator will meet once a month for two hours via Zoom, from October through June. Participants commit to attending meetings and being present in mind and spirit. After opening words to introduce the session's topic the format includes a moment of silence followed by readings, reflection, the sharing of thoughts and feelings, and closing words. It is unlikely that lingering pandemic conditions will allow participants to meet in-person in someone's home, but that possibility may be explored as the situation evolves.

What participants said about past sessions:

"This was my first step to feeling part of this community.
So important that I felt welcomed right away."

"I appreciate the diversity, the engaging stories, triggering thinking in profound ways."

"The group is a place where I can let my life speak, where I can be my true self."
